RIDER & Family Agreement

Our three Driftless teams are a part of the National Interscholastic Cycling Association and adhere to NICA’s core values of fun, inclusivity, equity, respect, and community. Riders and their families are expected to live out those values as a part of Driftless MTB.

All Driftless athletes and families must read/review the three items at right before registering for our teams. A completed Driftless MTB Rider Agreement is required in order to participate in your first practice.

  • Before registering, all riders and their families are expected to read and complete this Driftless Family & Rider Agreement. Click the link to begin.

Failure to adhere to our team values and agreements (and the NICA Code of Conduct) may result in a conversation with the coaching team, a request to leave a practice/race/event, or removal from the team.

Our volunteer coaching staff and team directors reserve the right to take appropriate action if any rider is not demonstrating safe behavior, respect, or commitment to the team.

  • Riders are expected to be safe, be responsible, and be respectful. Families and athletes must read the entirety of the NICA Student Athlete Code of Conduct before registering for our teams.

  • All adult team volunteers and coaches have signed and are expected to follow the NICA Adult Code of Conduct.
